Shipping policy
When ordering finished work, delivery within Germany takes 2-3 working days. Delivery to other EU countries is calculated individually.
I provide a tracking code upon shipping.
I pack my work very well and you will receive your order in excellent condition!
Returns policy
The work sold cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the work was damaged during delivery. I carefully pack all my works for shipment to avoid damage. And if you doubt the purchase, it is better to request additional photos or videos. Thank you for your understanding!

I am in love with this little panda bear!! He is magnificent in every way. I shrieked with happiness when I opened the box and saw his precious little face peeking out. He was a Christmas gift to myself, and he is even better in real life than in his photos. I hope to someday purchase another critter from your shop. I am just thrilled with everything about him. What a beautiful mother bear and her cub. Very happy with my adoptions. You can tell all the love put into the making of Mother's love and this gorgeous panda Cappuccino. No good advertised as pattern and also supplied a comprehensive list of what was included including instructions ,materials etc. Only pattern shapes came. I asked if I could have the rest of things I had paid for and she got rude and nasty. Raised a case with PayPal who refunded immediately. Such a shame I wont use Tedsby again
Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that the pattern did not meet your expectations. The downloadable file includes the pattern itself, as well as the sizes of the eyes, discs, and joints — everything needed to assemble the bear. All that remains is to sew the pieces together following the markings.
The listing title and description clearly state that this is a sewing pattern, not a full step-by-step tutorial. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the product you received matches the information provided in the listing.
I’m sorry that this situation was disappointing for you. I always aim to provide clear descriptions and a positive experience for my customers, and I will continue to improve. I wish you all the best.
